1. General

This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the website provyn.cloud (the "Site") is processed. It is aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws, including the Saudi PDPL, UAE PDPL, PIPL, DPDP and LGPD.

The data controller is Fan Labs Inc., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) (the "Controller").

2. What data we process

When you submit the contact form on the Site, the Controller processes:

• your email address;
• your company name and, optionally, your role;
• the industry you select and any message you choose to provide.

3. Purposes of processing

• handling requests and enquiries submitted through the contact form;
• responding to you on matters of interest;
• providing a commercial proposal and information about the Controller's services.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the corresponding checkbox when you submit the form, and, where applicable, on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Storage and protection

Personal data is stored on infrastructure in the region you or the Controller select (EU, GCC, APAC or LATAM), or on-premise. For protection we apply tokenization: real email values are replaced with cryptographic tokens the moment the data is received and are held in an isolated, secured vault.

Retention period: until you withdraw your consent, or until processing is no longer necessary for the stated purposes.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred across borders, the Controller relies on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and equivalent mechanisms under other applicable laws.

7. Disclosure to third parties

The Controller does not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• obtain information about whether and how your data is processed;
• request rectification, restriction or erasure of your data;
• object to processing and request data portability;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
