This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the website provyn.cloud (the "Site") is processed. It is aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws, including the Saudi PDPL, UAE PDPL, PIPL, DPDP and LGPD.

The data controller is Fan Labs Inc., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) (the "Controller").

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the corresponding checkbox when you submit the form, and, where applicable, on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Personal data is stored on infrastructure in the region you or the Controller select (EU, GCC, APAC or LATAM), or on-premise. For protection we apply tokenization: real email values are replaced with cryptographic tokens the moment the data is received and are held in an isolated, secured vault.

Retention period: until you withdraw your consent, or until processing is no longer necessary for the stated purposes.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, the Controller relies on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and equivalent mechanisms under other applicable laws.
