Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Effective from the moment you click "Book a demo" in the contact form on provyn.cloud.

I give my consent to Fan Labs Inc., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) (the "Controller"), to process the personal data I provide in the contact form on the Site, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

Data covered

• email address;
• company name;
• the industry selected in the form.

Purposes

• arranging a demonstration of the Provyn platform;
• providing a commercial proposal;
• responding to matters of interest related to the Controller's services.

Processing operations

Collection, recording, structuring, storage, adaptation, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, restriction, deletion and destruction - whether by automated means or otherwise.

Data protection

Your email address is automatically replaced with a cryptographic token by the Provyn platform the moment it is received, and is held in an isolated, secured vault.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains in effect until withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time by sending written notice to privacy@provyn.cloud. The Controller undertakes to cease processing and erase my personal data within 30 days.
